Tracy received her Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degrees from the University of Notre Dame in ’97, ’00, ’03 respectively. Her research is focused on the use of advanced technologies to assess the performance of full-scale structures and mitigate the effects of natural hazards. She has also been involved in field reconnaissance following the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami and the 2010 Haiti Earthquake.
Alex received his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University in 2002 in Thessaloniki, Greece and completed his Master’s Degree in 2003 at the same university. He received his Doctorate Degree from the California Institute of Technology in 2008. Dr. Taflanidis’ research focuses on seismic risk assessment and design of earthquake resistant structures. He has experience in post seismic field assessment from the 2010 Haiti Earthquake.
Dustin holds dual Master’s Degrees at the University of Notre Dame from the Civil Engineering and ESTEEM Programs. He also earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution in 2010. His research interests lie in natural hazard mitigation and international development, especially in the context of developing countries and heavily urbanized areas.

Kevin holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame with a minor in International Development Studies and is now pursuing his MS at Notre Dame, continuing his work with E2E. In addition to serving as Expo Project Manager with E2E in his senior year, Kevin spent two months in Quito, Ecuador in the summer of 2013 researching the earthquake resiliency of Ecuadorian homes.
Erik holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame and is now pursuing his MS at Notre Dame, continuing his work with E2E. In addition to serving as E2E Expo Foreman in charge of the moment resisting frame system (Prototype A), Erik was a member of the E2E's Development Advisory Team, helping to formulate a strategy to couch the E2E housing model within Haiti's wider landscape of governmental and non-profit actors.

Dan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame and is currently pursuing his MS at the University of Washington. In addition to serving as E2E Expo foreman in charge of the load bearing wall system (Prototype B), he was a member of NDSEED, spending a summer constructing a footbridge alongside a community in rural Nicaragua.
Ethan holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Notre Dame and is currently employed with Massman Construction in Kansas City. Ethan spent his senior year with E2E perfecting the design and production process for Prototype A's concrete panels.

Joe has led ARCO/Murray’s sales and business development team since 2007. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and Master of Architectural Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Joe's passion for addressing the infrastructure challenges of the developing world inspired him to join E2E's Advisory Board and lead the planning of the Expo.
